Arsenal Park

Ahh Arsenal. Tucked back on Fayetteville's large hill known as Haymount, sits Arsenal Park. Once home to Fayetteville's Aresnal in the 1800's until a fire tragically destroyed the building. What now remains is a beautiful open green field with trees and some small historic cabins recently moved there. This is a dreamy spot for families wanting enough space for their kids to safely run around or couples in search of a cozy spot for portraits close to home. Arsenal is also attached to the historic 1897 Poe House. The home is a lovely Eastlake architectural style and features a beautiful backyard garden, open to the public at all hours.
